    Easy going staff on shift, and provided an alpine atmosphere. Really enjoyed full-length windows, climate control, and a gas fireplace in the room. The continental breakfast was satisfactory with a good choice of items to choose from.

    The staff were fantastic. Friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. Apartment was modern, well equipped and spotlessly clean. View from the apartment was stunning. Well located - 2 minutes drive form central Queenstown, but away from the 'hustle and bustle' of downtown.

    There was no servicing of the rooms. I could be wrong, but I'm not sure this was made very clear on the internet site we used to make the booking. One or two nights is fine, but I think for longer bookings (ours was 6 nights) there should be some basic servicing (cleaning, changing bed linen, towels etc). We found the restriction of one user at a time for the internet quite frustrating, with two children and parents often wanting access at the same time.

    The hotel of choice in Queenstown. Brand-new and pet-friendly room, satisfactory breakfasts. Friendly check-in, late check-out. Clean modern facilities, parking on site.

    location: the hotel was adjacent to the footpath behind where everyone walked along and looked straight in, downtown restaurants and pubs, and the marina in the opposite direction. the room was huge, well-designed with electric blankets and down pillows. the service provided there was excellent.

    It was a good, but not great accomodation. We toured the south island and stayed at several places. We rented the studio accomodation at the Pounamu - it was smaller and more expensive than other options in the area.

    Location was excellant, the staff were very helpful. The accomodation was exactly as expected.

    Appreciated such a well equipped place

    The apartments need curtains to block out the road noise and the street lighting. These 2 factors had a detrimental impact on our stay. Two problems that could be easily remedied by appropriate sound and light extinguishing drapes.

    the 2 bedroom apartment is very nice and very good equipments. the view of lake is just like a postcard. the staff is very kind and introduce a lots.

    a little far from downtown. by walk at least 20 mins.

    The views were amazing 😍, the highlight of our stay! Lake and mountain scenery made it lovely. The parking situation was a bit inconvenient with some distance to the apartment.
